Do You Consider Art as an Language?

Would you agree that art is in fact a universal language. A language that is meaningful and one, in which you can connect with on a physical and mental level whether it is disturbing, thoughtful or decorative?
Art takes on many forms of emotion and expression, it is almost like the artist language of speech; creative and unique. The creative swiftness and careful dedication to detail and precision of line and imagery can not be copied when done by a true artist of passion, for in a sense it is like the vocals of the artist voice it may be
manipulated but never replicated.
It takes on a unique quality and somewhat like a transparent personality that every one can relate to regardless of their culture and ethical backgrounds.
Although art is done in a precise manner it is not like writing, because it does not have boundaries nor care for the consideration to the symmetrical utilitarianism of equalibrium, but is more like speech of a spoken word because it is not necessarily thought about when delivered, yet, you could compare it to the thought of a sound traveling on.
It is more free flowing like a ryhtm or ryhme with a inconsistent beat.
If your like me and love art you can relate. Art is not just a line or drawing on a piece of paper it is an expression of your morality.

I must say that my own words strike me as disproven theory because when I said that art "does not have boundaries nor care for the consideration to the symmetrical utilitarianism of equalibrium" What I should have said was that art may not seem like it takes on any form, but balance (or equaliness in space) and creativity of passion and emotion is what makes it unqiue and desirable that when you try to prefect its boundaries then you stray away from the true essences of creativity.
